Together We Build Our Home 2.0 - Registration and Donation

1. Complete the Online Form

• Please complete the online registration form and submit your engraving application.
• Upon successful submission, the system will immediately display your "Donor Reference Number" and send a confirmation email to your registered email address.

2. Complete the Donation Process

After receiving the confirmation email, please complete your donation within 48 hours using one of the following methods to secure your spot (first come, first served):

Method 1: Online Donation (Fastest)

After logging into the donation platform:

• Select "Together We Build Our Home 2.0" from the event options.
• Enter your reference number in the "Donor Number" field.
• Follow the instructions to complete the secure payment (credit card/FPS accepted).

Method 2: Cheque Payment

• Please make the cheque payable to: "The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong."
• You must write the following on the back of the cheque:
  • Donor Reference Number
  • Donor Name
• Mail it back to the Diocese Office (address provided in the confirmation email).

Important Notes

• First Come, First Served: Engraving spots will be confirmed based on the order in which donations are completed.
• Submission Failure: If the reference number does not display, please fill out the form again.
