Rules
Charity Bidding of art pieces will commence at 3:00 pm on 9 January 2021 and will end at 5:00 pm on 31 January 2021.
Interested parties can bid for one or more art pieces, or bid for the same one repeatedly. The highest bid price ever submitted for a certain art piece by a certain party will be considered his/her final bid price of that particular art piece.
At 3:00 pm every day, the Commission will provide on its website the highest bid price for each art piece as at 2:00 pm on that day for the reference of interested parties.
Whoever offers the highest bid price for a particular art piece will be presented with that art piece. If two or more bid prices for a particular art piece are the same, the successful bidder will be decided by drawing lot by the Commission Chairman.
Results will be announced on 3 February 2021. Successful bidders will be informed by a member of the Commission regarding details of collection.
If the party who has submitted the highest bid fails to present the cheque and collect the art piece in the morning of 6 February 2021, the art piece will be presented to the next highest bidder, so on and so forth.
